Who is Akeem Morris?
Akeem Morris was born on May 2, 1996, in Spanish Town, Jamaica.
He is a former soccer player who was thrust into the public spotlight when he started dating iconic pop star Madonna.
As a younger man, Akeem moved to New York to attend Stony Brook University between 2014 and 2018, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in political science and government.
During his time at college, Akeem played for the school's soccer team and later joined Oyster Bay United FC based in New York — a US Premier Division side the competes in the Northeast Conference.

Their romance first sparked rumors in July 2024, when Morris appeared in Madonna’s social media posts celebrating the Fourth of July.

Akeem posted his own memories from the event, captioning his post "Thank you wifey" — sparking engagement rumors.
